Chinneck Shaw Limited offer a range of additional referral services to our clients to aid them in moving home, none of these are obligatory and are taken without guarantee of service levels or outcome. It is important to us that we are clear and transparent with our customers at all times, should you decide to use one of our formal service providers the fee which we receive is not an addition to your bill. The terms and conditions of the relevant provider will state exactly what and when we are paid.
We have business agreements with the following companies:
Barden Financial Services – Chinneck Shaw Limited receive a fee of £135 per successful referral.
Team Property Services – Chinneck Shaw Limited receive on completion of each transaction a referral fee of £100 plus VAT at the prevailing rate and a Love to Shop rewards voucher with a value £15.00.
Vouch/Homeshift – For utility switch services, Chinneck Shaw Limited receive £20 per successful switch transaction. For contents insurance Chinneck Shaw Limited receive 7.5% of the policy cost and 50% of the policy if the policy is renewed.
Sky – if Sky services are taken Chinneck Shaw Limited receive £50 when a discount code provided to the applicant is used and £10 if Sky Broadband services are taken.
We also will refer clients to local contractors when asked, these are not formal business agreements and we do not receive any specific rewards, vouchers or fees. We do this to provide our clients with contacts to local tradespeople that we know and trust.
