From the moment Miles took my call to look at three properties he's professionally was apparent. I'd been looking for three weeks and seen some very depressing properties. We met and he was very attentive, told me about the properties and in the old saying gave me time to kick the tyres as well. On the last property I could see myself living there, it was clean, tidy and ready too move in. He told me what the next steps were and from that point kept me updated daily and even hired a bike when I was due to get the keys as traffic around town were at a standstill. He also went out of his way to secure me a parking space which is something I did need when I mentioned what time I usually get home from work. So once the money has gone through for everyone you expect that to be that but for two weeks he was in touch making sure I was happy and everything was OK. That is a nice touch.
