Tim and his Team were not only helpful, supportive and professional in the process of selling my Mum's property, but as people, they're also very kind and good-natured.
The whole Team made my Mum and I feel secure from the start, and we knew we had one of the good ones onboard and we’d be safe in their hands. Something that was invaluable so soon after Dad’s passing.
I honestly can’t thank and indeed recommend them enough. Top people.

I recommend Chinneck Shaw Estate Agents to anybody who are in the property market either selling or buying. Tim and his colleges were excellent throughout the whole process, from marketing to final completion and always kept us up to date with emails and phone calls about the progress of the sale etc
Another big plus was their knowledge of local companies who were required to be called in at short notice to help with the sale
Chinneck Shaw deserves the 5 Stars

We had a brilliant time creating a film for Chinneck Shaw’s website. Ellie and Lizzie were a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing that, rather than talking about themselves, they wanted to shine a light on Portsmouth and everything that makes it such a fantastic place to live and work. It says a lot about how much they love the area. We’re looking forward to working with them again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them for any buying, selling, letting or renting advice.
