Since using Chinneck Shaw for letting 2 properties some 3 years ago, the tenants were a perfect fit and long term, so I took over the management myself after the first 12 months. However I have contacted Chinneck Shaw since taking over the tenancy, for contact details of various trades , and they have been very helpful providing details. All of the trades I have used have been very professional. Therefore if I ever need to re let, sell or buy a property or require a new trades person, they would be my first port of call. I feel we have built up a long term relationship

So recently my partner and I have managed to find a buy our first property, and I must say the whole process with Chinneck Shaw has been nothing but smooth sailing. We have been well looked after by an individual called Jordi who could not have done enough and was the perfect balance between attentive and informative.
