A successful day as the gavel falls
As some of our regular auction goers may have seen, we were recently involved with the sale of a plot of land located in Rowland's Castle. The land was sold without planning permission in partnership with our good friends at Clive Emerson in the impressive Hampshire cricket ground known as the Ageas Bowl. We had our very own Joe Rocks and Shelley Morris-Green in attendance to watch the bidding live. We are delighted that our 1.3 acre plot sold for £82,000 more than the predicted guide price.
