Deposit

Under new legislation the Landlord/Agent is required to lodge your deposit with a Tenancy Deposit Scheme to provide you with Tenancy Deposit Protection. We are registered with a scheme called The Dispute Service. This ensures that the deposit is protected during the tenancy and that any dispute over its return will be resolved quickly and independently without any further cost.

Your deposit will be held by us on behalf of your landlord. After It has been lodged with a ‘The Dispute Service’ you will receive a certificate of this registration within 14 days of moving into your property.

A deposit is held as security in case there is any damage to the property at the end of your tenancy. However, if the property is left in a satisfactory condition then the full deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy.
