First-time buyers given pros to purchasing property for sale

First-time buyers who are considering buying houses for sale in the
UK have been told the pros of making an offer.
According to an article on UK Net Guide, while a number of people
will be choosing to stay in buy
to let properties in order to raise a deposit, there could be a
lot of reasons why now is a good time to buy.
It stated that by renting a property, people may not be able to
make their property "feel like your home".
There are often restrictions on redecorating set by the landlord,
which means that plans for upgrading or interior design have to be
put on hold.
It also suggested that living in owned property gives the
proprietor complete security, without the potential risk of being
asked to move out at any moment which may be inconvenient for
them.
This advice, coupled with findings from Nationwide's recent House
Price Index which reported that home prices had fallen by 0.3 per
cent in November 2010, could tempt more young people into
purchasing their first property.
