Buckinghamshire is quintessentially English

When people think about what it means to be English, many will turn
their attention towards the way of life in the home counties, and
places like Buckinghamshire, which offer some of the most
attractive countryside spots without being too far from the capital
itself.
Such is the distance from London, that people will often be looking
for
property for sale in High Wycombe because of its perfect
location from which to travel to work in the capital every day.
However, it also has much to offer for those who want to do more
than just live in the area.
High Wycombe is the largest town in Buckinghamshire, with a
population of more than 92,000 residents, which means that, even
though it is located in the picturesque county, it is still a
rather busy environment for those who like things to do.
For people who want to do a bit of retail therapy in their spare
time, High Wycombe is served by two shopping centres offering a
wide range of stores and a number of options. It also has a rather
attractive high street, which is filled with 19th century
buildings, adding a certain rural feel to your shopping trip.
Away from work, young professionals who have been working in the
city but still want to live in High Wycombe will be looking for
aspects of life which make their weekends and evenings enjoyable.
Thankfully, for them, the town is served by a nice night
life.
The town centre has more than 20 pubs and bars, meaning that people
have the perfect place to socialise with friends and colleagues
away from work, and without having to travel the 29 miles into
London.
It also has two nightclubs, which allow people to enjoy a
city-styled nightlife without ever needing to leave the comfort of
their own small town.
