After graduating from Portsmouth Polytechnic in 1984 with a degree in Estate Management, Neil joined St Martin’s Property Corporation in the City of London where he started his professional exams for membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors [RICS]. He then joined Chinneck Shaw in 1987 where he completed his professional training qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991. Neil attained the status of Fellow in 2000.
